Golf Swing Efficiency
Golf swing efficiency is when the body transfers energy from one part to another. The goal is to have the hips transfer power to the torso, the torso sends it too the arms, and the arms take it to the hands and club.
An efficient golf swing is powerful, fast, and easy to reproduce. It generally has lower odds of causing any pain.
Under pressure an efficient golf swing will hold up better than one that is inefficient.
