Lower Back Pain in Golf
Lower back pain is a common occurrence in golf.
Most of the time it is related to a compensation, when we lose the ability to rotate through the hips, thoracic spine, or the ability to load the ankles the lumbar spine tries to make up for it.
Luckily there is only a couple characteristics that cause lower back problems in the golf swing.
