Improving Stability / Motor Control
The best way to improve stability and motor control is through exercises.
in our office we call these corrective exercises.
They usually start with feedback and slowly get harder as we get better at learning a new movement pattern.
Learning a new pattern is your body writing a new book on how to move and what to do. Sometimes this takes time since your brain likes to use the old books and reuse them over and over rather than writing a new one.
that is why it is hard to get better at certain activities if your body likes to do bad patterns.
